(1) Member registration/login function: When you register as a TYHM member, in order to fulfill the online real-name system requirements, we will collect your mobile phone number. You can also choose whether to supplement your avatar, nickname, birthday, email, gender information, sports preferences (not providing it will not affect the use). If you use a third-party account (such as Alipay, Google, email, Apple ID) to register/login to TYHM membership, in order to confirm and record your identity, we may also collect your third-party account user ID, nickname, avatar, login time and IP information.
(2) Online shopping function: If you shop through TYHM official channels, in order to complete the transaction and deliver the product to you, we will collect your consignee name, delivery address, contact number, payment information (payment time, payment amount, payment channel), order information (order number, creation time, completion time, order status), invoice information (if any, if you need to receive electronic invoices, we will also collect your email address), and other information you actively provide (such as your height and weight, personal preferences, and purchase purpose when you purchase products). If you purchase products through TYHM stores on third-party platforms, we will also collect your third-party platform user ID information, delivery information, and order information.
(3) Binding membership card package: If you use the card package function of a third-party platform (PAYPAI) to bind a TYHM membership card, we will collect your mobile phone number and membership card number information, as well as the information you can choose to fill in. In addition, according to the rules of the third-party platform, the third-party platform will use the personal information you leave there to automatically complete the membership card information and share the above information with us. Please read and comply with the third-party authorization agreement.
(4) Customer service and after-sales service functions: In order to process your request and strive to provide the best service, if you contact us using the Whatapp/WeChat/TikTok/Facebook function, we may save your communication records with customer service (communication/voice), order information (if any), the contact information you left, and other information you provided, so as to contact you and help you solve the problem.
(5) E-commerce live broadcast: If you watch the e-commerce live broadcast we conduct, according to relevant regulations, we will retain the live video record. If you participate in the communication by sending barrage or connecting, we will collect your interaction record with our live broadcast.
(6) Participate in our activities: If you choose to participate in the activities or market surveys organized by us, in order to confirm your identity, we will collect your name, membership card number, mobile phone number, and other information you provide. We will recommend personalized event information for you based on your sports preferences. If you sign up for our offline activities, for the safety requirements of the activities, we will collect your ID card, gender, real name (for purchasing insurance), age, height and weight (for purchasing prizes or competition clothing), and other information related to the activities.
(7) TYHM Sports Link: If you use our Decathlon Sports Link applet and participate in sports check-ins or online interactions, we will collect your check-ins and the interactive content you post. We would like to remind you that since the content of sports check-ins and online interactions is publicly released, if it contains personal information, it will bring certain risks to you. Therefore, it is recommended that you carefully consider whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services when checking in and commenting. If the information you publicly release involves the personal information of other natural persons or children, you need to obtain the consent of the natural person or the guardian of the child before publishing.
(8) Foot scanning (only for setting foot size): When you use the foot filling function to select products, your foot length, width, height, shape and other data will be identified, combined with the age, gender, and shoe usage scenario information you provide, to recommend suitable shoe types for you as a purchase reference. If your child uses the foot filling function, please confirm that you fully understand and agree to all the terms of the “TYHM Children’s Privacy Policy” before allowing your child to use it.
Please note that when you provide us with the above information, if it contains the personal information of others, you must obtain the explicit authorization of others.

(1) In order to provide you with the following services, you need to authorize the following device permissions:
Location permission: Help users quickly locate the nearest store, provide nearby circles and nearby activities, and connect to sports equipment Bluetooth;
Read storage/access album: After enabling, users can select photos and/or videos in the album to upload/publish content;
Photography permission: Users can scan and identify products, upload photos, and take avatars;

You have the right to choose whether to enable and you can turn off the above permissions at any time, and we will not refuse to provide you with other service functions. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than TYHM, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.

2. We may share your personal information with other parties in accordance with laws and regulations or the mandatory requirements of government authorities.

3. Sharing with our affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with TYHM’s affiliates.
