1. Please apply for return/exchange at the store where you purchased the product (the official website currently does not support direct exchange. If you need an exchange, you can return the product and then purchase it again).

1. Single Payment:
(1) When returning goods in the original channel, the refund will be returned to the account you used to pay, such as bank card, Alipay, paypal, etc.;

What if the quality of the goods is defective or the quantity is not complete?
Please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. Try to check the goods before signing for the goods. Warranty and Repair Policy
During the warranty period, if the product meets the warranty policy, TYHM will waive the repair service. Free repair services include solving problems through telephone communication, sending replacement parts to consumers, and free repairs for products purchased in stores. The specific repair method must be confirmed and agreed by TYHM and consumers before it can be implemented.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, TYHM has and is obliged to implement the following warranty policy in terms of fitness equipment services:

- Parts (excluding frame) : 2 years warranty. If the product manual is different, the product manual shall prevail.

2. Non-warranty coverage
The following situations are not covered by the warranty. If TYHM provides repair services, it will be charged:
- (1) Using the equipment for commercial fitness purposes or company fitness and not complying with the requirements of the product manual;
- (2) Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized courses;
- (3) The warranty certificate is missing or the warranty certificate style does not match the model of the repaired product;
- (4) Damage caused by force majeure;
- (5) Non-quality problems caused by failure to use, operate, maintain, install or maintain the product in accordance with the instructions.

The following situations do not constitute quality issues, specifically for footballs:
- Normal use may result in slight wear and tear, including loss of surface pattern and color, due to friction with the playing surface.
- Our football liner contains latex, which increases the elasticity of the ball, but also produces a slight low-temperature leak. Low-temperature leak is defined as : when the ball is pressed after one week of inflation, it will slightly deform, which is normal.
- Other damages caused by human factors include air leakage, peeling, bulging, deformation, etc.
Football Maintenance Tips
When inflating, apply some soapy water or silicone oil to the needle to increase lubrication and prevent punctures. Recommended inflation pressure : 0.8 bar (1 bar = 14.5 pounds or psi). Self-test method : Drop the ball from a height of about 2 meters; it should bounce back to waist height. For specific pressure recommendations, refer to the air valve.
After hitting the ball, some air blocks the impact of the ball, which causes the leather to lose its elasticity.
Clean the floor promptly after the game to prevent small scratches from becoming more serious.
Avoid using the globe in extremely high or low temperatures.
Store in a cool, dry place.
